1. Apply to agent customers
Free delivery within Ho Chi Minh City for orders of 50kg or more
For agents located outside Ho Chi Minh City, other provinces and cities: the agent will pay the shipping cost directly with the shipping unit.
2. Apply to retail customers
Free delivery for minimum order from 500,000 VND or more within Ho Chi Minh city: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 (from National Highway 50 and back bordering District 5, 7), 10, Phu Nhuan, Binh Thanh,
Shipping cost surcharge
30,000 VND for districts: 6, 11, 8 (The rest), Tan Binh.
40,000 VND for districts: 9, Nha Be, Binh Chanh, Go Vap, Tan Phu, Phu Tan, Thu Duc.
60,000 VND for districts: 12, Hoc Mon, Cu Chi.
Retail customers in provinces with agents, please contact the nearest dealer
Retail customers in the province without agents will pay the shipping fee directly with the shipping unit
3. Delivery Terms
Orders will be processed within 48 hours
Cansy's Garden will pack the product and deliver it to the shipping unit according to the information provided by the customer.
Depending on the delivery location, the goods will arrive within 01 - 03 days, after the order is confirmed with the customer and passed on to the shipping partner.
Foreign
Apply shipping depending on the region, the customer's country will quote the detailed price later
